A special thanks to all the chefs — the variety of food each day was excellent and really appreciated.
As for the animation team, I believe they could improve by showing more energy and genuine happiness while doing their job. Also, they should avoid insisting that guests leave a review on Google — it can be a bit too much.
The cleanliness of the bathrooms, especially the ladies’ bathrooms, could be improved a bit more.
The shuttle driver was exceptionally respectful, punctual, and professional — special thanks to him.
I truly hope the hotel continues to maintain this great level of service. I'm very happy I spent my time there and would definitely come back again
